Van and Nate discuss how designers and clergy move through their day undertaking and accomplishing tasks they were rarely trained in or prepared for, partly due to the expectations technology and culture have created.
They quickly move to discuss how gaining a deeper and more honest perspective can be vital in seeing why we are asked to do things that are outside of our expertise.
